By accessing or using any services provided by SWPSIP.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, you must not use our services.
2. Our Role & Regulatory Status
SWPSIP.com operates as an AMFI-Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (MFD) with ARN: 341075. We are not a SEBI-Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). As an MFD, we earn trail commission from AMCs on Regular Plans — no advisory fee is charged to you directly. SEBI prohibits earning both commission and advisory fees simultaneously, and we do not charge advisory fees.
3. Investment Risk Disclaimer (Mandatory)
ALL MUTUAL FUND INVESTMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO MARKET RISKS.
- Past performance does not guarantee future results.
- Investment values may go up or down.
- No guarantee of return or capital protection.
- The client bears all investment gains and losses.
4. MFD Regular Plan (Commission-Based)
- We earn trail commission from AMCs — no direct fee to you.
- You are placed in Regular Plans which have a higher expense ratio than Direct Plans.
- This commission structure may represent a conflict of interest — we disclose this per SEBI/AMFI requirements.
- You may switch to a Direct Plan at any time by submitting a Change of Distributor request directly to the AMC. Your investments remain unaffected.
- We do not handle your money — funds go directly from your bank to the AMC.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid. For Commission-Based Plans, liability is ₹0 as no direct fee is charged. We are not liable for investment losses due to market conditions.
7. Client Warranty
By submitting, you confirm all information provided is accurate and you are investing for lawful purposes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
